This seminar is intended to give the delegates a general understanding of the regulations and what is expected of adult’s and children’s wear nightwear in respect of flammability.
The Nightwear (safety) Regulations in their current form have been in place in the UK since 1986. They took over from the earlier Nightdress Regulations.
This seminar will look at what is expected of the fabrics, sewing threads and embroidery threads and trims used as well as when and how to consider EN 14878. It will look at what is exempt from the regulations and what is not.
