SGS labs increase continuously the number of corrosion devices.
6 news chambers have been added in the corrosion lab already equipped with more than a 30 corrosion test chambers :
- 3 news SALT SPRAY CHAMBER , volume of 2m3, according to RENAULT or PEUGEOT D171058 (D17 10 58), NF EN ISO 9227, C20-711, C20-711, NFEN60068-2-11, TOYOTA TSH1552G, NISSAN M0140, GM/OPEL GM4298P, FORD BI10301, FIAT 50180, BMW AA-P184, ASTM B117,
- 3 news AUTOMATED ALTERNATE CORROSION, volume of 2 m3 : one for NISSAN CCT1 test METHOD, one according to VOLVO VCS1027149 (VCS 1027,149).
SGS Corrosion testing labs allows to perform many different corrosion tests : for exemple :
- ECC1 RENAULT D172028 (RENAULT D17 238 ECC-1),
- TCAC PSA D135486 (PSA D13 5486),
- SWAAT Test (Sea Water Acidified Test) ASTM G85 or GME60213 (GME 60 213) or RENAULT D173021 (RENAULT D17 3021) ,
- HEREL Test SAE J 2842 (J2842), Volkswagen PV1208 or PV1210 (PV 1208 or PV 1210), BMW AA-P175 ,
- Salt spraying process combined with moisture resistance in tropical cabinet (DIN 50017) as VDA 621-415 (VDA 621415).
