SGS Fimko’s customer relationship survey was conducted in spring 2025 in collaboration with Taloustutkimus. The survey yielded valuable information about customers’ experiences and expectations – we warmly thank all respondents!
The results show that customers are mostly satisfied with our services:
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) was +34, which is clearly above the industry average.
- Overall satisfaction (Top2Box) was 74%, and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rose to 74 (in 2022, the value was 72).
- 89% of respondents said they would continue to work with us in the future.
We also received valuable development suggestions. Customers specifically wanted:
- Faster delivery times and better adherence to schedules
- Clearer communication and contact
- Better targeting of pricing and services
We take the feedback we receive seriously. We have already initiated development measures, including streamlining service processes and improving customer communication. We want to ensure that our services continue to meet our customers' needs and expectations.
Although the customer satisfaction survey is conducted every 2–3 years, we are happy to hear feedback and development suggestions at other times as well.
