She currently serves as Corporate Development Director and Associate Partner at Bavely for Pest Management, leading initiatives in organizational development, change management and integrated management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22000.

A certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and experienced trainer, Dr. Dassouli has a strong background in internal auditing, quality process improvement and Total Quality Management. With experience across Egypt and Tunisia, she brings practical insights to help organizations prepare for the transition to ISO 9001:2026.
