Strengthening risk, control and governance practices across our operations in Egypt

On 12 May 2026, we held a management meeting that brought together representatives from different departments to discuss the importance of strengthening risk management, internal control and governance practices across our operations in Egypt.

The meeting was initiated by AbdelAal ElSayed, our Managing Director, and attended by our management team alongside core representatives from both business and functional units. The session formed part of our ongoing efforts to refresh and reinforce these concepts across departments, while supporting alignment, accountability and operational excellence throughout our activities.

Throughout the meeting, valuable discussions took place between teams, allowing participants to exchange perspectives, share operational insights and discuss opportunities to further strengthen collaboration across functions.

During the session, we explored the role of effective governance in supporting compliance, sustainable business performance and responsible decision-making. We also discussed the importance of maintaining a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges across different areas of the business.
