Al-Dousari Group Proves Dedication to Quality and Sustainability through ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Certifications by SGS

We are pleased to announce that Al-Dousari Group General Trading & Contracting Co., architectural facade specialist based in Kuwait, has been certified by SGS against ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.

The certificates of conformity were issued on 11 March 2024 and have 3-year validity under the condition of successful annual surveillance audits.

Why ISO certification?

Founded in 1994, Al-Dousari Group specializes in fabrication and installation of architectural facades from aluminum and glass with focus on quality and durability. Their customers include engineers, architects, designers and building owners.

Our installation team is experienced and efficient, ensuring seamless integration of aluminum products into various architectural projects.

The decision to implement ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards has been reasoned by the following objectives:

  • To enhance operational efficiency
  • To ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products/services
  • To demonstrate company’s commitment to environmental sustainability

Facing challenges during implementation

The implementation process for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards took 6 months, during which Al-Dousari Group faced several challenges such as:

  • Establishing effective documentation and monitoring systems

Despite these challenges, the team's dedication and strategic planning facilitated a successful implementation.
