The EUDR applies to organizations placing relevant Annex I products on the EU market or exporting them from the EU. This includes products containing, made from or linked to cattle, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soya or wood, where they fall within the CN/HS codes listed in Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2023/1115.
