Detail-oriented International Monitor/Auditor & Project Manager with over 22 years of experience in project management, audit management, and auditing of Quality Management Systems, Social Responsibility Compliance (Human Resources, Social Accountability, and Anti-Trafficking Investigations), and Sustainability (Environment, Agriculture, Food, and Chemical) covering various international certification standards, ILO core conventions & recommendations, and customer code of conduct in countries such as Bangladesh, India, UAE, Jordan, Egypt, UK, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and the USA.

Key Contributions:

  • Developed a team of local inspectors for the Ministry of Labor, Jordan between 2007 and 2009 to increase their capacity within Jordanian factories under the Joint Labor Assessment & Training Project - funded by USAID.
  • In 2020, developed a specialized remote audit module for Nestlé's dedicated suppliers who are challenged with IT limitations and extreme remote access due to the pandemic.
  • Over the years with SGS, I have developed many internal system protocols for audit management and technical guidance on social audits.
  • Developed a training module for SGS's annual social auditor calibration—approved by APSCA.
