This training aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively implement a Sustainable Events Management System (SEMS) in accordance with ISO 20121.
The ISO 20121 standard defines the specification for a sustainability management system for event management certification.
On training completion you will be able to:
- Recognize how an SEMS is implemented and improved
- Identify key sustainability issues at different event management cycle stages
- Know how to engage all relevant stakeholders
- Define a supply chain assessment and control methodology
This two-day training is based on case study materials and practical exercises.
