In addition to the control of conventional suppliers, the training describes in detail the specific aspects to be considered in the ‘Own Branding’ or ‘Own Labeling’ scenario. Delegates will benefit from the training by achieving more efficient and cost effective control of suppliers and by improved risk management controls associated with outsourcing.
