A few members of the SGS Pakistan team joined the International Building Energy Efficiency Symposium (iBEES), organized by NED University of Engineering & Technology on 12-13 May 2023.
The symposium served as a platform for experts to discuss and highlight the latest best practices in building energy efficiency, uniting top international experts as well as academia and industry professionals.
The topics covered during the symposium included energy use and conservation in existing buildings, the utilization of renewable energy resources in buildings, and the design and construction aspects of new energy-efficient buildings.
Our team had the opportunity to discuss best practices for achieving a zero-carbon future, specifics of sustainable construction as well as energy-efficient building design, execution and operations.
Participating in the iBEES symposium provided our team with valuable insights, fostering professional growth and enabling us to stay at the forefront of building energy efficiency practices.
