SGS Islamabad Celebrated the World Environment Day by Hiking, Collecting Waste and Raising Awareness

Recognizing that plastic pollution is a significant environmental issue that harms our ecosystems, the SGS Industries & Environment team took the initiative to combat plastic waste.

SGS Islamabad team decided to hike along Trail-5 and create public awareness regarding the importance of avoiding plastic materials and opting for recyclable products in daily life.

During the hike, the team was collecting plastic waste from the trail, serving as a visible example and spreading the message to the general public. The aim was to encourage individuals to minimize their use of plastic and promote eco-friendly alternatives.

By organizing this awareness session and actively participating in plastic waste collection, our colleague demonstrated their dedication to protecting the environment and fostering a sustainable future.
