Sustainability has moved from a secondary initiative to a core driver of business strategy, yet organizations globally are facing a structural shortage of talent capable of translating ambition into execution. Demand for professionals with sustainability and ESG expertise is growing significantly faster than the available talent pool. At the same time, existing education remains fragmented, leaving a critical gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application.
Objective
SGS in partnership with Gazelles Management Consultancy is launching a Certified Sustainability Manager program designed to close this gap: a structured, practice-oriented course that equips professionals with the knowledge, tools and confidence to implement sustainability strategies in real business environments. This is not just theory — it is a complete ESG pathway to becoming a highly sought-after professional in the new economy. The final examination is designed to assess participants’ knowledge and understanding of the subject, alongside their engagement and performance throughout the course.
