On 25 and 26 November 2023, the SGS Gulf team participated at the 7th Annual Uganda-UAE convention at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Dubai. With this introduction to the diaspora, there was dedicated discussions on how to progress and strengthen investment across the country.
With extensive experience in facilitating market access across Africa, our team’s expertise in the certificate of conformity (CoC) was a key point of dialogue with attendees and experts. We explored the importance of such a document for regulated products and how to tackle complex problems surrounding the economy.

We are also entrusted by numerous African countries such as Kenya, Tanzania, and Burundi to implement pre-export verification of conformity (PVoC) services, a testament to its role in upholding international trade standards.
