Payment in full should be sent to the attention of Scott Malloy of SGS Canada Inc. prior to the first day of the course selected (unless other arrangements are agreed to). Payment must be via company cheque, certified cheque or money order made payable to SGS Canada Inc., 6490 Vipond Drive, Mississauga, ON, L5T 1W8. Note that courses may be cancelled or rescheduled due to attendance requirements. If any course is rescheduled, all participants originally registered in the course will be offered priority seating at the new date or at the next scheduled course. Course dates may be amended up to 1 week prior to the scheduled start date of each course.
Please include an individual e-mail address for each participant so that SGS can send out reading material required to be studied prior to attending the course.
