Assess obligations

If you manufacture or import chemicals your obligations will depend upon the hazard of the chemical concerned and the tonnage involved. Chemicals that have been classified under particular hazard categories (i.e. carcinogen cat 1 & 2) will require more data for evaluation and will be assessed first. In general, high volume chemicals will require registration ahead of lower volume chemicals.
