Pass all information about chemical substances (exposure scenarios, risk management measures, new information about hazardous substances, SDS ...) on to the whole supply chain.
Pass information about the use of a substance or preparation to manufacturers/importers to ensure their identified use.
For the forms of use for which they have provided information, include relevant exposure scenarios and other relevant information about the safe use of a chemical substance in its own SDS.
Pass on new information about hazardous properties of a substance to other distributors, manufacturers and importers.
With identified use of a substance, pass on information that can lead to the changing of risk management measures in an SDS to other distributors, manufacturers or importers.
Keep all information about a substance or preparation for at least ten years, and upon request make this available to the competent authority in Belgium or the European Chemicals Agency.
Distributors of articles must also provide buyers, and upon request consumers, with information about substances processed in articles to enable safe use of the articles.
