Objectives
Through lectures, discussions, workshops and role-plays, you will:

• Learn the theories and practices of auditing an organization’s quality management system.
  
  
• Learn how to interpret and audit to the ISO 9001 standard.
  
  
• Learn the principles and practices of third-party auditing based on this standard.
  
  
• Develop skills to plan, prepare, and perform audits in accordance with ISO 19011.

This course is highly beneficial for individuals directly involved in planning and implementing ISO 9001-based quality management systems in their organizations as well as those wishing to satisfy the training and examination requirements for Lead Auditor Certification with IRCA.  

Participants should have some knowledge of the ISO 9001:2008 standard and/or quality management experience prior to attending this course.
