Objectives
Through lectures, discussions, workshops and role-plays, you will:

  • Learn the theories and practices of auditing an organization’s quality management system.

  • Learn how to interpret and audit to the ISO 9001 standard.

  • Learn the principles and practices of third-party auditing based on this standard.

  • Develop skills to plan, prepare, and perform audits in accordance with ISO 19011.
