Through lectures, discussions, and workshops, you will:

• Learn how to interpret the ISO/TS 16949 standard and understand the differences between QS-9000 and ISO/TS 16949.
• Learn the principles and practices of quality management systems in the automotive industry & auditing based on this standard.
• Develop skills to plan, prepare, and perform value-added ISO/TS 16949 audits.
