Management System Certification of Tatinvestgrazhdanprojekt According to ISO 9001
The state-owned enterprise Tatinvestgrazhdanprojekt is one of the leading design organizations within the Russian civil engineering sector. Today, the company employs around 750 specialists. In Spring 2009, Tatinvestgrazhdanprojekt was certified by SGS as compliant to the international standard ISO 9001.
 The certification audit demonstrated the huge working capacity and the profound and multi-facetted professional awareness of SGS auditors. 
Driven by QMS continuous improvement principle and targeting to strengthen competitive position in the market as well as to increase customer satisfaction, starting from the second half of 2008 Tatinvestgrazhdanprojekt focused on the adoption of international quality standards.
The tender conducted among eight certification bodies helped us to choose SGS as a reliable and competent provider of ISO 9001 certification services.
The actual certification audit performed by SGS employees Alexey Peretolchin and Marina Andrianova ever strengthened the first impression about SGS, demonstrated the huge working capacity, the profound and multi-facetted professional awareness of auditors in various fields as well as SGS’ efficiency. Deep understanding of what a QMS is able to yield, flexibility in applying the standard’s requirements to specifics of the organization to be certified, erudition, ethics and professionalism of SGS experts are worth being praised.
The audit revealed new directions for quality improvement, enabled us to review organizational structure and rethink our priorities. We anticipate that auditors’ recommendations will help us to achieve a new height on the way towards quality perfection.
