Aims
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

- use verbal communication skills effectively at all levels - from top management
- conduct interviews and closing meetings with confidence
- practise and improve listening skills needed throughout the audit process
- use written communication effectively at all stages of the audit
Profile
Auditing is not simply about learning the standard and the technical skills. Auditors also need to be able to interact, listen and communicate professionally. This practical course, for auditors of all levels, will concentrate on examples and exercises to improve and develop their professional communication skills.
