SGS Issues CHF 375 Million Bonds
SGS SA announces today the successful issuance of an eight year CHF 375 million straight bond with a coupon of 2.625%. SGS SA will use the net proceeds of this transaction for general corporate purposes. SGS SA will apply for the listing of the bond on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
