    2014 Commitment Status Update on Progress
    Deliver refresher training to all existing and new investigation network members in 2014         Achieved 19 investigation network members attended a training event in London in February 2014
    Further expand our global network of trained investigators in 2014   On track During the year we maintained an average of 20 investigators in the network. We will continue to recruit employees into the network in 2015
    Expand our work to protect the integrity of the SGS brand and certificates  On track Corporate Security is incorporating the principles of security risk management into our systems, processes, procedures and culture by using an analytical method known as business process security analysis (BPSA). This enables us to reduce the risk of deliberate harm and minimize disruption to business activities, while enhancing and safeguarding the quality and productivity of our systems and processes
    100% of employees completing SGS sustainability e-learning by 2014                                               Behind schedule 31% of employees have completed the e-learning over the past three years

      

  • Our 2015 Commitments

    • Launch revised and condensed e-learning on SGS Code of Integrity to new employees in all affiliates
    • Monitor employee understanding of the SGS Code of Integrity through feedback captured as part of the new e-learning module
    • Host a webinar for our network of around 500 trainers who are responsible for delivering Annual Integrity Training in the affiliates
    • Conduct enhanced analysis of responses to the Integrity Helpline using a newly implemented request tracker tool
    • Further expand our network of trained investigators
    • 100% of new employees and 80% of existing employees to have viewed our new sustainability e-learning videos
