SGS is pleased to announce the acquisition of Win Services Pty Ltd and Leadership Directions Pty Ltd, both based in Brisbane, Australia with additional training facilities in Melbourne and Sydney.
Founded in 1996 and privately owned, the companies work in partnership to provide short course, leadership and organizational development training to a client base of over 2,200. Together they generate annual revenues in excess of AUD 4.6 million and employ a team of over 50 trainers, consultants and managers. Win Services Pty Ltd operates under the brand name Odyssey Training.
“This transaction will provide a foothold for SGS Academy in the Eastern Australian market, with opportunities to grow in additional regions across Australia,” said Frankie Ng, CEO of SGS. “In addition, we gain the resources and expertise to bring course material to market quickly, and to replicate it globally across the SGS Academy network.”
