SafeGuards nail varnishes

Cosmetic Directive for ASEAN member states has updated once in year 2015. Cosmetics products are allowed with a grace period to comply with the new requirements. Philippines, as one of the member states of ASEAN, has issued a Circular No. 2015-014 on 14 December 2015 by the Department of Health, Food and Drug Administration to reiterate the end of grace period towards several restricted and banned ingredients which have its limitation updated.

Cosmetic Directive for ASEAN member states has updated once in year 2015. Cosmetics products are allowed with a grace period to comply with the new requirements. Philippines, as one of the member states of ASEAN, has issued a Circular No. 2015-014 on 14 December 2015 by Department of Health, Food and Drug Administration to  reiterate the end of grace period towards several restricted and banned ingredients which have its limitation updated. Grace period of the changes of requirement for following ingredients has come to an end. All new and existing products on Philippines market shall meet the new requirement.
