SGS and the founding shareholders of Horizon Energy Partners BV, the Netherlands based oil and gas consultancy business, are very pleased to announce the sale of the entire issued share capital of the company to SGS.
Established in the Netherlands in 2001 by Chief Executive, Edward van Kersbergen and his co-directors, Jacco Kokkedee and Stephane Constant, Horizon is a leading independent provider of subsurface solutions to the upstream oil and gas sector. Horizon’s range of services includes exploration geoscience, petroleum development and well design and execution. Its multidisciplinary teams allow it to provide technical excellence and expertise across the entire spectrum of subsurface disciplines in one workflow.
Today, Horizon delivers services to a blue chip customer base around the world, from its offices in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Nigeria and Malaysia. With more than 90 consultants, Horizon generates annual revenues of Euro 20 mio.
