SGS Acquires Canadian Environmental & Metallurgical Inc. (CEMI)

SGS is pleased to announce the strategic acquisition of Canadian Environmental and Metallurgical Inc. (CEMI), a Canadian company with its head office in Vancouver, British Columbia.

In business for over 10 years, CEMI has an exceptional understanding of the environmental issues that face the global mining industry. They provide acid rock drainage testing, innovative and practical water treatment solutions, environmental research and water treatment flowsheet development, engineering and commissioning to the international minerals industry. CEMI has revenues of CAD 4.9 mio and 18 employees.
