SGS is pleased to announce its acquisition of Casco Australia Pty Ltd (Casco).
With over 50 years of experience, Casco is a laboratory service provider offering a range of testing and superintending services in the coal, agricultural feed, food and environmental testing markets.
With revenues in excess of AU$ 10 million and approximately 120 employees, Casco operates a network of seven laboratories in the New South Wales and Queensland regions of Australia.
The acquisition of Casco will provide an opportunity for SGS by creating a complete lab network in the region for its coal business as well as adding a well recognized Agriculture testing laboratory located in Toowoomba, Australia.
