BRC Awareness Training - Global Standard Food Safety

This training introduces you to the BRC Global Standard Food Safety. It provides you with an in-depth overview of the purpose and requirements of the BRC standard and how it can improve your business methods.

The content covers topics such as: Senior management commitment; continual improvement; HACCP; Food Safety & Quality Management Systems; site standards; product control; process control; and personnel.

The training is for anyone involved in the development, implementation and management of the BRC Global Standard Food Safety requirements. If you plan to complete other BRC training, such as internal auditing and the Auditor/Lead Auditor Training or the Internal BRC Auditor Training you will receive during this training knowledge and understanding of BRC upon which to build auditing skills.

This training comprises lecture and workshop exercises.
