Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Course

This training is designed for Certified Six Sigma and Lean Black Belts who have completed multiple successful Black Belt projects as project leader. We provide you with further training to successfully implement DMAIC analysis and develop your abilities to coach others on more complex statistical and quantitative methods.

With the SGS Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification you will have experience and knowledge that will allow you to successfully manage complex improvement projects. You will also be able to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to a wide range of other areas such as marketing, sales and management skills.

This training is suitable for Black Belts looking to develop further into Master Black Belt (MBB) roles.
