Auditor Skills Training - Integrated Management Systems

SGS recognize the interdependence of ISO standards and the need to avoid unnecessary duplication between audit systems. This training is designed to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills to perform integrated management system audits.

The training provides you with the key knowledge and skills to internally audit and provide continual improvements to any organization's requirements for Integrated Management Systems.

The training approaches the integration of management systems from a risk management perspective, encouraging participants to take the broadest possible view of the processes in their organization and the risk sources that need to be identified, controlled and improved. It also considers the implications of multi-standard certification and develops the basis for an integrated approach to management systems auditing.

On completion of this training you will be able to:

• Appreciate the importance of the legislative and regulatory requirements for the business in structuring an integrated approach
• Prepare, implement, report and track internal audits of management systems in an integrated manner
