Unless otherwise specified, all publications available through this Site may be ordered free of charge.  SGS reserves the right to invoice shipping and handling charges for any order placed by You if You are located outside the country in which the SGS company receiving the order is located or if the size of the order so warrants.  You will be notified prior to shipment if this is the case and will be asked to accept or reject the shipment by return email prior to SGS filling Your order.

Quantities may be limited and, therefore, some publications ordered by You may not be available for immediate shipment if at all.  SGS will use its best efforts to notify You of this fact by email but accepts no liability for any failure to ship all publications ordered by You or in the quantities ordered by You.
