Russia - SGS Mandate

In Russia the most commonly used certification system is the GOST R Certificate of Conformity. To export goods to Russia you require a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) to achieve customs clearance at the Russian border, to sell and then market your goods in the country. It verifies that your products meet the country’s mandatory safety and quality standards.

Since 1993 SGS has been the only global company to be accredited by the Russian authorities to provide GOST R certification services.
