Leeder Consulting, part of the ASX-listed Greencap Group, is a leading provider of innovative environmental analytical services. It specializes in Air, Soil, Water testing as well as in Oil impact studies. With its  food analysis services, Leeder Consulting can assist importers, exporters, producers and regulators. Founded in 1998, it operates a state-of-the-art laboratory in Melbourne with offices in Queensland, Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide. It has 33 highly regarded experts. Revenues for this year are projected to exceed AUD 6 million. This acquisition is in line with the SGS Environmental Services strategy to offer high-end analytical services.
