俄白哈海关联盟成员国认证研讨会

为了消除原有的贸易技术壁垒，实现统一技术监管，促进海关联盟贸易的自由流通等，俄白哈三方制定了《关税联盟海关领土上属于强制性符合评定范畴的产品流通协议》，并于2010年7月18日批准了纳入联盟统一注册的认证机构和测试实验室的第319号决议，只有纳入该注册体系下的认证机构可以办理海关联盟认证证书,SGS名列其中。
