Corporate Sustainability

Sustainability Management System

Our corporate sustainability management system defines and measures our sustainability impacts, engages stakeholders in a dialogue around our shared goals, implements programs and communicates our progress to stakeholders.

We monitor our performance and report on progress by focusing on four key pillars, supported by shared goals:

  • Professional excellence: Trust lies at the heart of the value we deliver to our customers and society. Our shared goal is to excel in the way we do business through professional excellence. Our conduct is measured by our ability to consistently deliver integrity, ethics, capability and quality without compromise. Governance and risk management are defined by laws and regulations, financial systems, internal controls, committees and shareholders, policies and procedures, and the direct and indirect impacts of our sustainability services.
  • Our People: Our people are our most important asset. Our responsibilities extend to ensuring that our employees are safe at work, are treated fairly and with respect, and are empowered to fulfill their potential and positively contribute to our business success and sustainability agenda. Our shared goal is to improve our social performance. Direct social impact is defined by our company vision and corporate values, as well as adhering to our Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct, our respect for human rights, our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Policy, and our human resources and procurement polices and practices.
  • Environment: We are committed to conducting our business in a way that protects the environment. We also recognize our broader role in contributing to environmental management through our range of professional products and services. Our shared goal is to reduce our environmental impact. Our direct environmental impact is defined by our environmental management program , our environmental policy and the measurement of performance, including our carbon footprint. Key impact areas for us include climate change, water and waste management.
  • Community: We rely on our ability to attract talent and local knowledge to our business, and offer jobs, income and development opportunities to communities. Our shared goal is to involve our people in supporting the needs of communities in which we live and work. Our community investment policy includes guidelines for philanthropic activities, principles on charitable donations and our support for communities in need.
