To sell your art materials and related products in the USA they must first undergo a toxicity risk assessment carried out by a Certified Toxicologist. SGS’s LHAMA testing service delivers LHAMA and TRA testing.

The Act requires you to review all art materials to determine the potential for causing a chronic hazard and is applicable to all art materials. It is not limited to children’s products.
