This training is designed to give you the relevant skills and knowledge to carry out audits of Quality Management Systems (QMS) against ISO/TS 16949. The principles of QMS and ISO/TS 16949 set out an explicit management system so that you can audit, examine and continually improve a QMS for the automotive industry.

On training completion you will be able to:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the purpose of a QMS and the ISO/TS 16949:2009 audit and certification process
  • Interpret all clauses of ISO/TS 16949:2009
  • Employ the principles, processes and techniques needed to conduct third party audits against the requirements of the ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management Systems
  • Support your claim as part of the overall requirements for registration as Registered Lead Auditor
