The FSSC 22000 standard is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). This allows your organization to use FSSC 22000 standard to meet the requirements of several global retailers or major branded food companies under a single, internationally recognized food safety management system.
SGS’s experience in the food safety solutions sector makes us an ideal partner to meet your food safety system certification requirements. SGS is accredited by UKAS (The United Kingdom Accreditation Service) and JAS-ANZ (The Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand) to provide certification against the requirements of FSSC 22000.
Food manufacturers already certified against ISO 22000 will only need a review of additional requirements in order to meet the FSSC 22000 standard. Contracting our experienced auditors can help your organization to simplify its certifications. If your organization holds any of the existing food safety programs discussed here we can help you build on that and make a seamless transition to FSSC 22000 certification.
