Disclosure of Shareholdings
SGS SA and the Disclosure office of SWX Swiss Exchange have been notified by FMR LLC (FMR), 82 Devonshire Street, Boston, Massachusetts, USA, that, following a sale of shares on 25th November 2008, its shareholding through, Fidelity Management & Research Company (FMRCO), and Fidelity Management Trust Company (FMTC), Pyramis Global Advisors Trust Company LLC (PGATC) and Pyramis Global Advisors LLC (PGALLC) has fallen below 3% and is now 225'320 registered shares (2.88% of the voting rights).
FMR is the parent holding company of FMRCO and FMTC. PGATC and PGALLC are indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of FMR.
