US CARB Updates: Part 8 FAQ Updates		Recent updates on FAQs from the California Air Resources board (CARB) have revealed that structural plywood products meeting the standards PS 1 and PS 2, Australian AS/NZS 2269” or European “EN 636 3S” are exempted. No. 159/09 September 2009.
US CARB Updates: Part 7 Revised Advisory on Labelling Requirements		The California Air Resources Board (CARB) made a revision to clarify the labeling requirements for composite wood products destined for the California market. The revised advisory specifies the minimum information required for a label but allows flexibility on format, color, size and font to meet the needs of individual companies. No. 122/09 July 2009
US CARB Updates: Part 6 Extension on Sell-Through Dates		The California Air Resources Board (CARB) recently granted an extension of four-months in the enforcement of the Phase 1 sell-through dates for distributors and retailers of composite wood product panels manufactured before January 1, 2009. US CARB Updates: Part 5 Application Details for Manufacturers Using No-Added Formaldehyde (NAF) And Ultra-Low Emitting Formaldehyde (ULEF) Resins		Application details and requirements for manufacturers who plan to use NAF or ULEF-based resins were published by the CARB. Such manufacturers are required to contact a CARB third party certifier (TPC) to obtain the necessary data for application requirements. No. 024/09 February 2009
US CARB Updates: Part 4 Composite Wood Products Manufactured Before Mill Certification may be Retroactively Certified as “Non Complying Lots”		A regulatory advisory primarily directed to manufacturers of composite wood products was published to detail the provisions that can be applied by a manufacturer for inventories produced before being recognized as a producer of CARB (California Air Resource Board) compliant composite wood product by an approved TPC. US CARB Updates: Part 3 Labeling Requirements for Manufacturers, Fabricators, Importers, Distributors and Retailers		The Airborne Toxic Control Measure specifies the minimum information required for a label for composite wood products and finished goods containing composite wood products but does not specify the format, color, size, or font for the label. The recently published advisory clarified the labeling requirements for such products bound for California. The required information may be on a separate label or incorporated into other existing labels. No. 018/09 February 2009
US CARB Updates: Part 2 California Formaldehyde Emission Requirements for Composite Wood Products		The Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) to control formaldehyde emissions from composite wood products was approved by the Office of Administrative law in April 18, 2008. The CARB has recently published a series of FAQs and guidelines. No. 106/08 December 2008
California Formaldehyde Emission Requirements to be Lowered for Composite Wood Products		The Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) to control formaldehyde emissions from composite wood products drafted by CARB was approved on April 18, 2008 by the Office of Administrative law.
