CONTINUOUS SURVEILLANCE

When updated laboratory and coal analyser data is received by SGS, statistical routines are used to detect potential analyser and coal sampling problems. These detection routines use optimised statistical procedures developed using baselines established from previous analyser performance tests and other historical information related to your installation.

An experienced SGS inspector will perform on-site inspections of the analyser and associated coal sampling system on a fixed schedule to properly monitor the performance of the system. After these inspections, we provide a report detailing any deficiencies. As well, we will draw on our experience to offer recommendations for enhancements and improvements to your system and procedures.
