SGS has the experience and expertise to provide complete circuit design services or we can act as an independent consultant during a coal plant design. Informed plant design decisions made early in the process will ultimately determine the prep plant’s efficiency and profitability. Our world class technical experts will provide you with sample coal sampling system designs and certification of your plant performance.

SGS’ technical advisory services cover a variety of safety issues related to conceptual design, material selection, risk and reliability assessment, environmental pollution prevention as well as damage and repair assessment. SGS conducts third party analysis services to evaluate new design concepts, proposed additions, and repairs and damage conditions.

All activities will be performed to ensure that coal plant installations meet required technology standards with regards to material selection, design and safety level. Execution of services will be done in accordance with SGS’ Internal “Quality Insurance Instructions” which gives detailed advice on the design appraisal activities.
