Quality Assurance
SGS laboratories use a computerised “Laboratory Information Management System” (LIMS). This proprietary software performs all calculations and permits for the evaluation of analytical data to assure that the laboratory can deter, detect and correct the generation and communication of incorrect data. All SGS laboratories participate in a monthly Laboratory Quality Services International (LQSi) petroleum coke round robin program. The test results are statistically evaluated by LQSi and returned to the respective laboratory for review and/or corrective action in case of any excessive variation, bias, and/or trending. Safety |
